Mr. Ashok plays a mentoring role at RAD Global and guides us in various areas including product development and business development.

Young and Energetic, Mr. Rohan Agarwal holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and holds a Masters in Engineering degree from the University of Southern California. An Entrepreneur at heart, he leads all management operations at RAD Global.
Trained in Germany on Warp Knitting technology, Rohan is also actively involved in Product Development and Production in the company.

With the experience of over 25 years in the Shade Net industry, Mr. Patodkar handles operations within the factory and oversees domestic business within India. Sachin is responsible for training young professionals and also ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the factory are well aligned.

Mr. Harpreet is a seasoned International trade professional with over 18 years of experience in international marketing / Exports, Product development, and Business management in technical textiles. He has In-depth market development knowledge of North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, Far East and Pacific markets.
